An quick and easy way to give customers a small gift

It's always nice to surprise customers with a little something, perhaps for a special occasion like a birthday, or just out of the blue! Vouchers allow you to give customers a gift quickly and easily, outside of collecting and redeeming credits.

Vouchers are unique codes that can be redeemed for a specific reward. Vouchers can only be redeemed once, but you can of course give customers multiple vouchers.

How do I set up Vouchers?

To set up Vouchers, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Business Dashboard, go to Loyalty and click on Vouchers
2. Click Add and give the Voucher a name and description. then click on Create
3. Under Action you can change the name, description and add an image
4. Under Action you can also set restrictions for the number of vouchers for this action, redemptions per contact and time to redeem
5. In Vouchers you will find an overview of all voucher codes created for this promotion

Adding Voucher codes

To use Vouchers, it is necessary to generate unique voucher codes. This can be done in a couple of ways:

• You can manually generate vouchers for a voucher action by clicking Add within a voucher. Then enter the number of vouchers you want to generate manually.
• Vouchers can also be generated automatically by attaching them to an email.
