      Performing a gift card transaction in the Business Dashboard

      Gift cards can be upgraded and devalued via the Business Dashboard in addition to the Business App.

      To top up and clear the gift card, follow the steps below:

      1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
      2. Navigate to Gift Card and then Transactions
      3. Click the blue Add button at the top right
      4. Enter the amount, the venue you want to make the transaction at and the gift card number
      5. Then click on Create

      To debit a gift card, follow the same steps, but put a minus sign ( - ) before the amount. For example, -10.
