Outstanding balance of gift cards

The outstanding balance of a gift card, or all gift cards can be found in the Business Dashboard.

Follow these steps to view the outstanding balance of gift cards:

1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
2. Navigate to Gift Card and then Statistics
3. In the upper right corner, click on Filters. Here you can enter any additional details you want for the outstanding balance, such as:
   1. The desired branch(s)
   2. The start and end date
   3. The time period
4. Then, Choose Outstanding balances
5. The Statistics page now displays the outstanding balances. You can see both the total amount and statistics per day/month
