I have entered an incorrect purchase amount. Can I correct this?

Yes, you can! There are two ways to do it:

1. If the customer is still with you in the store:

  • In the Store App click on the Piggy logo at the bottom left of the screen
  • A side-menu will appear. Click on Return.
  • Scan the customer's card and enter the amount you overpaid to the customer
  • Now click on Return and then on Done

2. The customer has left the store already:

  • In the Dashboard, select Loyalty from the menu on the left, then select the Loyalty program
  • Click on Members and then search by email address or card number
  • Click on the email address and a menu will appear on the right 
  • Select Actions and then Loyalty Scan. Next enter the Purchase amount, Points and Location. Then click on the Green Checkmark. 

Important! Do you want to deduct points via the Dashboard? Then simply place a minus sign in front of the Purchase Amount and Points.
