How do I complete my order?

Confirm your order and get started right away!

Welcome to Piggy! In this article we explain how you can complete your order and get started right away.

As soon as you have logged in, you will receive a notification that an order is ready and waiting for completion. At this point, you have also received an email on the email address that was used to create the account. Click on "Go to order".

Important! To be able to finalize an order, you need to be a verified user. If you are not yet, you will see a notification of this on the home page of the business dashboard.

Now follow the next steps to complete the order:

  1. Under order you will find the overview of the order. You can then click the blue button with "Go to order".
  2. You will now see an overview of the monthly or annual subscription costs and any one-off costs.
  3. In the next step you can check your account details and adjust them where necessary.
  4. Next, fill in the required fields of your billing address.
  5. Finally, you add the information for the payment. You have 2 options:
      1. Credit card: Add the card number, expiration date and CVV code.
      2. Direct debit: Add the first and last name and the IBAN number for payments by direct debit.
  6. Finally, you can check all the details one more time under Review.
