What is the Contacts Portal?

The Contacts Portal is an environment created for your members. The portal offers an overview of the rewards you offer as an entrepreneur, the credit progress of your contact, and their digital loyalty card. It can be opened on a mobile phone or on any other device. 

Where do I find the Contacts Portal?

You will find the Contacts Portal in your Business Dashboard. Follow the steps below:

  1. In your Business Dashboard, go to Tools and click on Contacts Portal, you will find it there!
  2. Do you want to set/edit your Contacts Portal? Click on Actions in the top right corner of the screen and on Edit

Next, you will be directed to the editing screen to set up or adjust your Contacts Portal. How exactly this works is explained to you here step by step.

From now on, a Domain is linked to your company. This is a link that leads to the webpage of the Contacts Portal. It is displayed by default, but can be changed if you wish
