Some customers do not have an email address. Can they still save with Piggy?

All points that customers save are linked to the email address with which they are registered. As a solution for customers who would like to collect points, but do not have an email address, it is possible to register using their telephone number followed by @piggy.nl.

Example: 0612345678@piggy.nl

Has the customer forgotten their savings card? The email address can be entered, so that savings can still be made.

Avoid fictitious email addresses and phone numbers. In that case, it is extremely difficult to find out to which account the saved points are linked.
