Sometimes you want to give your contacts just a little something extra to boost their savings. You can do this by remotely sending credits to your contacts.
Using redeemable credits, you make it possible to have credits ready for your customers to claim. This can be done for example by sending a single email, multiple emails to multiple contacts, via a QR code on a product or by sending points via a URL through the Business Dashboard.
How do I remotely send points to my savers?
To remotely send points to contacts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Business Dashboard
- Then go to Loyalty and then Staged / Tokens
- Click on Add in the top right corner
- Choose how you want to send redeemable points
- Enter the number of credits and email addresses and click Create
Next, contacts will receive an email with a button to claim the points.
