Customers' current credit balance
Tip! You can always run an export. Learn more abut exporting customer data here.
- In the Business Dashboard, go to Contacts
- Click on Actions and then Edit columns
- In the menu that pops up you can select the attributes you want to see in the left column, by checking the boxes of the available attributes. In the right column you can sort the selected attributes
- After this, return to Contacts, where this data will now be visible
There is a difference between Total credits received and Current credit balance
- Total credits received: the number of credits the consumer has saved in total, without taking into account any redeemed rewards.
- Current credit balance: the credit balance currently available to the consumer.
