Changing the camera position of the Business App

You can switch between the front and rear camera of your device to scan loyalty cards.

Follow the steps below to change the Business App camera position:

  1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
  2. Go to Tools (9 dots) and then Business App
  3. Navigate to Configuration in the left vertical column
  4. You can create a new configuration here by clicking the green Add button
  5. Under General, find the Camera Position feature and set the camera desired to front or back

Tip: Link the desired devices to this configuration. You may prefer a different camera position for another device. In this case, we recommend that you create a new configuration.

Tip: You can also change the Business App camera position on the device itself, by double-clicking on the screen. Please note: that this adjustment is not leading, so in some cases the device switches back to the set position on the Business Dashboard.
