How do I manually add a Loyalty Scan?

In case someone accidentally received too many or too little credits, it can be useful to be able to change their credit balance manually through the Business Dashboard.

Follow these steps to add a loyalty scan manually:

  1. Log in to the Business Dashboard and head to Contacts
  2. Search for the right contact and select them to get an overview of their contact information and credit balance
  3. Select Actions in the top right corner and choose Loyalty Scan. Select the Shop, the purchase amount and the amount of credits you want to add/remove. Finally click Create to confirm the Loyalty Scan

Note! If you want to lower a credit balance, add a "-" symbol in front of the credit amount to create a negative loyalty scan!
