How to (de)activate re-enrollment for an automation

For some automations you want contacts to be addressed once, for others every month. Determine and control when this is the case within a few steps

To (de)activate re-enrollment for an automation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Tools image (8)-1 > Automations
  3. Select the automation you wish to edit and go to Extra
  4. Activate or deactivate the re-enrollment
  5. When re-enrollment is enabled, you can determine how often you want to allow re-enrollment for a contact
  6. Don't forget to Update your changes

Let's say you have an automation for a birthday wish. You naturally want your contact to receive it every year. For this, you set the re-enrollment to once a year.
