Choosing a subscription type for your email
To send an e-mail to your contacts, you need to select a subscription type for which your contacts are subscribed.
To select a subscription type, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Business Dashboard
- Then go to Marketing and to Emails
- Select the email you wish to send and click on Customize or create a new one
Are you starting a new e-mail? Then create a template first.
- Navigate to Step 2 Information. At the bottom under Settings choose the subscription type you want
For marketing-related emails, such as newsletters and automated emails, choose the Marketing subscription type. For these, your contacts can optionally subscribe or unsubscribe.
- Once chosen, you can continue sending the email to your contacts
