Choosing a subscription type for your email

To send an e-mail to your contacts, you need to select a subscription type for which your contacts are subscribed.

To select a subscription type, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
  2. Then go to Marketing and to Emails
  3. Select the email you wish to send and click on Customize or create a new one

    Are you starting a new e-mail? Then create a template first.

  4. Navigate to Step 2 Information. At the bottom under Settings choose the subscription type you want

    For marketing-related emails, such as newsletters and automated emails, choose the Marketing subscription type. For these, your contacts can optionally subscribe or unsubscribe.

  5. Once chosen, you can continue sending the email to your contacts
