Adding a file to an email

Include a file or attachment in your e-mail easily in 4 steps!


  1. Log in to your Business Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Marketing and then to Emails. Select the email you want to send and open it
  3. In Step 1 Content, go to Files in the upper left corner. Select the file you want to add to your email and click on it. This way it will be copied to your clipboard

    Is your file not listed? Under Files button you can also choose to upload a file.

  4. Decide where in the e-mail you want to put the file. This can be done in two ways:
    1. Through a Button: by adding a button to the e-mail, you can make the button refer to the file by putting the link of the copied file behind the button. 
      You do this by clicking on the button in the e-mail, and from the right edit screen paste the link at Link

      Tip: also adjust the text of the button itself. You do this in the email. 

    2. Via a Hyperlink in the text: select the text you want to file, select the hyperlink button and paste the link behind the url heading

🎉 You have now successfully added a file to your email!
